All of our reports will be made available digitally with an accompanying High Definition image appendix included. 

Emergency inventory reports with a 24 hour completion turnaround from the point of key collection and High Definition commentated video inspections are also available  - additional terms will apply.

As a UK registered limited company Maple Inventories are insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance -  giving you the peace of mind that your property and its contents will be protected at all times when trusting us with your Assets.

Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors...

We will test Smoke and Carbon monoxide detectors within the property for presence, power and audible alarm - in line with the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide (Amendment) Regulations 2022. We will also make recommendations should any non-compliances be observed. 

Not Just an Inventory... 

Based on our expertise in the industry, not only can we report on the fixtures, fittings and condition of the property - we can also make recommendations on any defects, damages and price up estimated costs of such instances to calculate what compensatory figure is owed if requested.
